Seriously, though, Ambulon could definitely use some more appreciation.
Heās a medic and an ex-Decepticon who joined the Autobots ten years ago. He can be a bit uptight at times, sureā¦
ā¦but heās a good doctor.
But his Decepticon past still haunts him. He was forced into becoming a test subject as part of a prototype combiner team, which left him stuck with a useless alt mode.
(Not that he lets that slow him down.)
And when heās trying to convince Ratchet not to change form?
Thatās his first reaction. Because thatās how the Decepticon hierarchy works.
I wonder how many times heās had to do that before.
Even his paintjob betrays him.
And thereās no way he could have possibly known that the war was about to end, but there are probably some Autobots who still see him as just a ācon who jumped ship when he saw which way the wind was blowing, and other such painfully mixed metaphors.
And even Drift still catches hell for his Decepticon past ā you canāt tell me that Ambulon doesnāt.
Especially working with Pharma.Ā
That probably didnāt make life very pleasant for Ambulon at all.
Like when Pharmaās trying to pin the blame for events at Delphi on someone? He picks Ambulon.
And oh, yeah.Ā Where does he work? On Delphi. Delphi. Home of the D.J.D.
Yāknow, the group of insane, psychopathic murders whoāve tasked themselves with hunting down traitors to Megatronās cause and bringing them to ājusticeā in the most agonizing ways possible.
That D.J.D.
But Ambulon, haunted by his past, surrounded by those who have no reason to like him, on a planet thatās basically out to kill him, does his job, and he does it well.
If Iām going to Robot Hell Iām going into it headfirst, on fire, probably riding on a meteor like Iām Hot-fuckinā-Rod. That being said, hey everybody, sorry about this. Based off this from earlier, taken to my trash extreme.
Warnings for Forced body alteration, implication of dysphoria, autobots having a gender binary roughly determined by sparktype, forced feminization, look weāre just
weāre all going to scream into the void sooner or later.
