Wanted to make him look bit sinister here, though I’m not sure he is in that alternate universe? Like maybe after the 12 couldn’t figure out Rung’s function through traditional means, they brought in Quark to study him since he is a Quantum Physicist, thinking maybe Rung’s function had something to do with that.
