IDW Lost Light. I could have done a romantic ‘ship’ but that’s kinda boring (and I have way too many ships across too many transformers media to even narrow it down to just one) and nothing’s cooler then a spaceship full of robots (even if most of them are currently mutineers)
The knights of Cybertron are just some guys that are chilling and don’t even know they have been exactled as heros and would rather chill then go back
The knights of Cybertron are killers which would answer many characters inquiries on whether transformers were made to be relentless murderers
The knights of Cybertron are actually who all the rumors lead up to be, probably sound like James Earl Jones and save everybody
The knights of Cybertron are real but they’re actually a bunch of cowards and it’s up to team Rodimus to save the day teaching us to never meet our heros

6. The knights of Cybertron could be Quintessons like in G1 cartoon because they were five people in one body/ five voices speaking as one.
I dig that we’re being shown other forms of mechanical life with their own distinct ways of being alive, but it kinda bugs me that there’s another mechanical species out there with a pretty much identical aesthetic to the Transformers.
Maybe they were purposely built to resemble Cybertronians by their creators, or they modded themselves to resemble Cybertronians since Cybertronians are apparently more sophisticated.
Rollout! Who wins the Autobot award for the guy most likely to look up and go ‘yes?’ every time Optimus Prime sends the bots on their way.
To make matters worse, the poor guy started the trip by being sucked out of a hull breach. At least he got better and got to hang around in the background of plenty of panels.
Actually finding Cyberutopia and the Knights, the thing they set out to do in the first place.
Which ties into whatever Getaway, Thunderclash and the mutineers have been up to.
Who are going to be confronted by First Aid and the Protectobots soon (how the hell did it take them this long to get back?).
Digging up Tailgate from Necroworld (there are some people who seem to think that getting buried was just the end of Tailgate’s arc but I don’t believe that for a second).
Speaking of Necroworld, what’s the deal with it being a hollow mould for Cybertron?
There’s whole deal with Scorponok, The Magnificence and those new Infinite Transformers, which is tied with…
…whatever the hell happened to Grimlock, which may also be related to…
…whatever the hell happened to Pharma, which certainly seems related to…
…those floaty disembodied spark things Skids met of the other side of that portal.
All of which is probably connected to those engines on Luna.
Also we still don’t know what the whole deal with Rung is.
Things that might get addressed:
Megatron being in the Functionalist Universe. They might just leave him there and let some other writer deal with it in the future or it might tie into where everything is going.
Skids’ brain being in the possession of a mad scientist. Nothing might come of it, or it could be a whole thing.
Also, Nautica feelings for Skids being erased. Are we just gonna…leave it at that?
Lug’s resurrection from nothing but a spark fragment. It may be that it actually was as straightforward as it seems, but there have been hints that there’s more going on there.
